Main scope of this WP4 is the technological transfer the advances, reached in the FP7 HyperMembrane Project

regarding pultrusion and reshaping processeses to produce the already designed composite strip constituting the

HyperMembrane grid, to an industrial prototype. To permit its industrialization and the subsequent commercial

exploitation, starting from datas derived from the FP7 HyperMembrane Project, it will be studied the adaptation

of all the main features regarding the production processes of the strips. Thus several improvements into the

pultrusion line will be made to allow multiple simultaneous productions and on-line reshaping to reach higher

production rates and volumes. Storage system, guiding system, a multiple cavity die, multiple on-line reshaping

and an industrial cut-off one will be studied and fabricated.
